Welcome to Fit 2 Motivate

My name is Kari and I am an AFLCA certified fitness trainer specializing in group fitness, fitness with portable equipment, resistance training, TRX Suspension and spin bike training as well as several Boot camp classes.  I have been helping individuals reach their fitness and lifestyle goals since 2004 and I look forward to working with every single client who may need the assistance in reaching their goals in the future.

I  have participated in numerous sporting events and activities including, body building, triathalon, marathons, ultramarathons, including the Death Race and Sinister 7, competitive tap dance, Soldiers of Fitness & the Commando Course, and Fit Rendezvous 2008 2010 and 2012 among others. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, which I update annually. 

I began Fit 2 Motivate to create a safe environment for clients to get comfortable with the basics of fitness, equipment and their bodies without feeling the pressure that large gyms or other fitness environments may elicit. Smaller group sizes are my main priority in order to create a motivating unit, and to ensure clients receive the maximum attention and critique required to accomplish their fitness goals.

My mission is to  invite you to challenge your current lifestyle and fitness routines, and consider how Fit 2 Motivate will assist you  in creating and reaching your future  fitness and lifestyle goals.
